HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We ship worldwide! Due to COVID-19, shipping times vary anywhere from 10-25 days, but orders usually arrive within 15 business days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?
If you notice that your shipping details are incorrect, please contact us the same day as your order is placed. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments to your order once your package has been processed. Should your parcel be returned to sender, we'll issue you a refund or order you another bed as replacement. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order Number as well as pictures of the damage. We're not accepting returns due to the pandemic, but we'd be more than happy to work out a partial refund.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Our goal is to process orders as fast as we can so you can receive your order as soon as possible. Be sure to review and amend your order before you click “complete order."
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer has to pay for return shipping. Must be in brand new condition.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We apologize for any faulty products. If you receive one, send us a picture and we'll work out either a replacement bed or a refund for you. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
As soon as you discover a deficiency in your Pooch Pit, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video (within 7 days of receiving your parcel). If 7 days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
